Work with our team to scope the requirement, evaluate options, and tailor the right configuration. We arrange manufacturer demonstrations and test-and-evaluation (T&E) units, validate security and compatibility, and build a solution that fits your mission and environment

Need planning numbers first? We provide budgetary (ROM) estimates for market research and program planning, fast and no-obligation, so you can build and defend your budget. Estimates support planning; formal quotes and orders are placed through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool.
3) Procure
When you're ready to buy, post your requirement in the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool and select Montana Armament Group LLC (Category A, 80TECH26D1226). We return a compliant, TAA-marked quote at or below contract price through the CHOP. Your agency issues the order, the SEWP Program Office assigns a SEWP Control Number, and fulfillment begins.
4) Sustain
After delivery we manage the lifecycle: installation coordination, basic and extended warranty, technical and software support, RMAs, and renewals — through a single point of contact.

Post a quote request in the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool at sewp.nasa.gov and select Montana Armament Group LLC (Category A, 80TECH26D1226). We return a compliant quote through the CHOP. Your agency issues the order to the SEWP Program Office, which assigns a SEWP Control Number; MAG then fulfills the order.

Every SEWP order over the micro-purchase threshold receives a SEWP Control Number (SCN) from the NASA SEWP Program Office, and fulfillment begins only after the SCN is assigned. Have your SCN and agency order number ready — it's the fastest way for us to locate your order.

MAG tracks and updates order status through the SEWP CHOP; we'll confirm current status, delivery date, and tracking.

Please send delivery orders to the NASA SEWP Program Office (sewporders@sewp.nasa.gov), not directly to MAG — an SCN must be assigned before an order can be fulfilled.

MAG supports the full post-delivery lifecycle: installation coordination, basic and extended warranty, technical support, software support, returns/RMA, and other post-delivery issues.
Basic warranty passes through per the manufacturer's (OEM) terms for each product.
Extended warranty and support options can be quoted on the same SEWP order where the OEM offers them on contract.
Software support follows the publisher's maintenance and licensing terms; renewals are quoted through the SEWP QRT.
